This was such an enjoyable blog to read. I loved all of the visuals and little tips. They weren't crazy asks that completely change your lifestyle- just little things that can improve your happiness. Some ways I try to get my mental health up is definitely moving my body whether thats a walk or just stretching. I also have picked up some hobbies that help calm my mind like crocheting! Something that you talked about that is absolutely true but I don't think of all the time is eating healthy. Whole, unprocessed foods definitely help with mental clarity and how your body feels, so that was a really good reminder. Thanks for sharing!!
